Lunch is being done differently in the La Ca&ntilde;ada Unified School District this year. La  Ca&ntilde;ada Unified replaced food-service company Sodexo Inc., which has  held the contract for the district's lunch program for the past five  years, with School Nutrition Plus to prepare lunches for its four school  cafeterias.</p>]]></description>

							<description><![CDATA[<p>Of course in listening to Alice Waters, the subject of nutrition had  to enter the issue&mdash;and, for nutrition, the Woolly Pocket was a natural.  &ldquo;When you&rsquo;re growing your own vegetables organically, that&rsquo;s nutrition,&rdquo;  Nelson remarked. &ldquo;That is the basic of nutrition, in and of itself.&rdquo;</p>

							<description><![CDATA[<p>Woolly Pockets founder, <span><span>Miguel  Nelson will offer his products and hanging services to honor <a href="http://www.nyrp.org/" target="_blank">New York  Restoration Project's</a> (NYRP) NYC Grows festival, which will be held  April 25 in Union Square, and in celebration of <a href="http://www.tonic.com/cause/earth-day/" target="_blank">Earth Day</a>'s  40th anniversary on April 22. </span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Hanging the 400 modules  will not only help spread the word about the festival, but also the  Woolly Pockets <a href="http://woollypocket.com/schoolgardens.php" target="_blank">school  program</a>, which allows students to build a plant wall in the  classroom. Building a living wall helps them learn about nutrition,  gardening and sustainability in an educational setting. The pockets cost  about $20 per student, but if that kind of money isn't available,  Woolly Pockets will help find supporters to make it happen. Already  implemented in schools in Los Angeles, </span></span><span><span>Nelson is hoping to bring the program to NYC.</span></span></p>]]></description>
